Attribute	Description	User Values

Facility Info 0	This attribute is used for filtering on the Facility Info 0 attribute. The default name of this attribute in the metadata is “Facility Location.”	Text

Facility Info 1	This attribute is used for filtering on the Facility Info 1 attribute. The default name of this attribute in the metadata is “Facility Contact.”	Text
